We’re finishing “Flowers for Algernon” this week, but we’ve got a number of assignments attached to the story when we’re done reading it.

1. Complete all of the questions that appear in the margins of the InterActive Reader.
2. Complete the second quiz.
3. Complete the review sheet and study for the test on the story.
4. Vocabulary review on page 127 of the InterActive Reader.
5. Take the test on 10/30 (and turn in the review sheet, IR margins, and IR vocab review).

We’re starting off our second six weeks this week. As you can see on the calendar, we’re spending the first three weeks on the story, “Flower for Algernon,” by by Daniel Keyes. We’ll continue to work on a variety of reading skills as we go through the story.

Don’t forget that vocab cards are due on Monday!
